BEFORE YOU RECORD. Introduction 15–20 seconds: introduce yourself, name the radio station and say something personal to the listeners. The artist records it themselves.
The story behind a song 30–45 seconds: the song’s title, the real circumstances behind it and the thought you want to share. The songwriter chooses the wording and facts.
Dedication Who the song is for and why it matters now. Only mention other people’s names with their consent.
An on-air meeting Only give a date and time for a confirmed event. After the recording, the editorial team reviews the material and chooses a slot.

YOUR DATA. Your server-side account stores your sign-in name, favourites, listening history and chosen reminders. Passwords and recovery codes are stored as protected hashes. You can delete these records in your account. The next-song vote stores a random browser key and one choice per round; only vote totals are public.
We count page openings, traffic source and observed player time in aggregate statistics without advertising cookies or a permanent visitor ID. Do Not Track disables this tracking. External links lead to services with their own policies.
For voting, the browser saves a random key. The server counts up to five chosen songs each week; weekly records are kept for up to 16 weeks. The shared chart shows only vote counts.
